An annual Sai Boundless Service Camp, inaugurated in 2004 with 30 Sathya Sai volunteers, continued to offer medical, educational and community services to the poorest of the poor in Poland. The services rendered are carefully matched to the needs of the local community.

In July 2013, 58 Sathya Sai volunteers from Holland, Germany, Slovenia, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Lithuania offered their services for this project. The medical team of doctors and therapists saw more than 450 patients over a period of one week, and some elderly, handicapped patients were visited at home.
