A 6th Annual European service camp, themed “Your Life Is My Message, took place 21st–30th July 2017. Forty SSIO members from Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Greece participated in the 10-day camp at Sai Prema, Athens, Greece. Each day began with prayers in different languages, followed by uplifting devotional singing and exercises. The days’ programmes were replete with workshops and dramas on the lives and messages of spiritual masters including Sathya Sai Baba, Buddha, and Saint Tukaram. Camp participants formed a Sai Prema Quartet, delighting the audience with devotional songs accompanied by acoustic and electric guitar, percussion, and santouri (a traditional Greek stringed instrument).
