On May 24, 2026, five volunteers distributed 100 winter hats, 100 pairs of socks, 10 kilograms of pasta, and 60 packs of cookies to 100 mothers as part of a Mother’s Day service activity with the Qom indigenous community, “San Francisco de Asís” in Paraguay. Beyond the donations, the morning activities allowed time for fellowship, listening, and care with the community’s families, strengthening bonds of unity and solidarity. The Qom people, among Paraguay’s indigenous peoples, maintain a strong cultural and community identity, and the activity brought the mothers and children not only material support but also attention, respect, and love.
