On July 13, 2024, the SSSIO of New Zealand hosted its Second Leadership Workshop of the year. This workshop built on the previous session’s focus on overcoming barriers and challenges, with a specific emphasis on improving communication. The breakout sessions addressed strategies to tackle communication challenges, utilizing technology to enhance communication and conflict resolution based on Sai values.
Discussions centered on the generational gap and methods for resolving conflicts. The goal was to develop practical solutions which will be shared with all Sai centers in New Zealand. The workshop drew 23 participants, including center presidents, office bearers, and three young adults.
