SSIO volunteers including SSE children from the Sathya Sai Centre of Hamilton joined the Hamilton City Council to plant trees at the Minogue Park in Hamilton. On June 28, 2020, 15 people, including SSIO volunteers, planted 250 trees. On August 9, about 40 volunteers, including 25 SSIO volunteers, planted another 400 trees and shrubs at the park. Everyone participated with enthusiasm in environmental activities, including lake cleanup, gully restoration, and tree planting in the City of Hamilton and at the Zoo.
