The National SSE Wing of South Africa hosted a Family Sports Day on May 28, 2023, at the Centenary Park Sai Center at Clayridge Primary School. The event was enthusiastically attended by more than 60 people from various Sai centers in the Phoenix region. The entertaining program included wonderful devotional singing, talks on the importance of healthy diets, demonstrations on different ways to make fruit smoothies, various games for adults and children, and an exciting Zumba dance and exercise routine for the children. The day ended with children receiving goodie bags and enjoying a healthy lunch.
