More than 225 volunteers, including faculty, staff and students from Brightwood College, organised the annual Health Screening Camp on 9th June 2018 at Brightwood College in Vista, California. About 130 patients received health screening in the areas of primary care, paediatrics, podiatry, cardiology, and dental and vision care. The SSIO also handed out 200 bags of groceries, 150 bags of toiletries and 50 large blankets to needy individuals and families. Many of the patients commented gratefully about being touched by the compassionate care and loving services received.
