Sathya Sai volunteers in Trinidad have built and given away many houses to deprived low-income families. On 14th January 2018, a team of 100 volunteers travelled to Sea Lots, a poverty-stricken community on the outskirts of Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, and constructed houses for eight families whose homes had been destroyed by recent fires. Starting from scratch, the volunteers worked diligently to complete the construction by the end of the day. In addition, they also upgraded community toilets and the sewage system in the area.
