On July 4, 2026, the International Sai Young Adults Veda Team organized a 45-minute live online “Prayers for Healing” initiative, bringing together participants to offer collective prayers for love, unity, healing, and peace for all humanity. The program drew 229 adults, Young Adults, and children, with an additional 70 attendees from Zone 8 joining a separate Russian-translated broadcast.
The program featured guided prayers including the Gayatri Mantra in Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s voice, Sai Gayatri chanting, and Vedic mantras such as the Ganapati Prarthana, the Namakam and 3rd anuvaka of the Chamakam from the Sri Rudram, the Kshama Prarthana, and the Svasti Vachaka mantra. This was followed by the “Our Father” prayer in Spanish and English, multi-faith Sarva Dharma prayers, and a divine discourse by Bhagawan delivered on November 8, 1986, in which He spoke on the power of collective chanting to purify the environment and cultivate harmony and peace. The event concluded with the universal prayer, “samastha loka sukhino bhavantu,” invoking joy and peace for the entire world.
