Coinciding with Swami’s 100th Birthday, a Thanksgiving Mass marking the completion of 1,000 surgeries was held on November 23, 2025, at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Asunción, Paraguay, under the auspices of Cardinal Adalberto Martínez. The event was attended by approximately 100 participants, including medical professionals, nurses, patients, their families, and members of the Sai Organization.

The program included testimonials by doctors reflecting on their service, as well as a commemorative video tracing the beginning of 1,000 surgeries a few years earlier and ending in 2025, the 100th anniversary of the advent of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Some doctors shared that they were transformed by the selfless act of serving the patients with love and compassion. Thermal jugs bearing the Sarva Dharma symbol were presented to the medical team in recognition of their services.
