On May 25, 2022, the service wing of the SSSIO of Trinidad and Tobago (South East Region) organized an ‘Environmental Awareness Community Outreach Project’ at the Union Recreational Grounds in Rio Claro, Trinidad. More than thirty members of two sports clubs (mainly consisting of young adults), along with the Councilor of the area, Mr. Shaffick Mohammed, joined five SSSIO volunteers in planting fruit and ornamental trees.
