Located at the boundary of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, Azerbaijan is a transcontinental country bounded by the scenic Caspian Sea to the east. As part of the Zonal Purity Day on July 3, 2022, SSSIO members cleaned the area and collected garbage from the countryside along the Caspian Sea coast. The group also visited the sacred Bibi-Heybat Mosque in the city of Baku.
Commemorating the Eid al-Adha holiday on July 9, 2022, six SSSIO volunteers delivered food packs consisting of rice, sugar, corn butter, butter, chocolate butter (for children), cottage cheese, pasta, meiji, buckwheat, tea, semolina, porridge oats, and different kinds of cookies and bread to 13 families in need.
