During September19-20, 2020, Sri Sathya Sai volunteers in Auckland participated in the Auckland Council’s tree planting project at Sanders Reserve, a 41-acre recreation park located at Waitemata Harbor in Paremoremo. A local community group, Sustainable Paremoremo, has been involved in the park’s restoration by cleaning out weeds and planting over 20,000 native trees. At their request, the youth and adult members volunteered with lot of enthusiasm and helped in planting 900 plants over the weekend. Their dedication and contribution were greatly appreciated by the project organizers.
