In the southern region of Russia, an online seminar was organized in mid-April 2021on the Leadership-1 course of the European Sathya Sai Education Institute (ESSE Institute). The seminar helped inculcate leadership skills and improve upon the art of public speaking. Teachers and students actively participated by preparing and delivering speeches and freely interacting with each other. The speeches were recorded and played back to help students self-assess and analyze their talks and to help improve themselves. Everyone worked as a team with gratitude, respect, and love for each other.
