November 2020, as part of the 95th Birthday celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, volunteers from the Sri Sathya Sai Centre Bhavan, Suriname, went house-to-house, distributing food and clothing hampers to senior citizens in the districts of Saramacca and Wanica. The volunteers followed Covid-19 guidelines during the service. The senior citizens as well as the volunteers were grateful for the opportunity to take part in this project.
