The Edmonton Sathya Sai Centre participated in the Interfaith Unity Walk for Peace and Love at the Alberta Legislature on 24th May 2019. The Edmonton Interfaith Center, which selected the theme for the event as ‘There is Only One Religion, the Religion of Love’, requested the participation of the Sathya Sai Centre in the Walk. Eleven faith groups, including Aboriginal spirituality, Baha’i, Buddhism, Christianity, Eckankar, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Unitarian Christianity and Church of Scientology were represented. Each faith leader spoke on Oneness and Unity as the central message of all religions. The audience of more than 100 enjoyed the devotional songs presented by 12 members of the Edmonton Centre. The attendees also proudly displayed the Walk for Values signs with quotes by Sathya Sai Baba.
