In early March 2019, the 7th Regional Conference on Education was held in the Siberian region of Russia. Nineteen educators, including SSE teachers from four Siberian cities, attended the conference and shared their experiences. The conference theme emphasised the importance of discipline for mastering human values. Attendees discussed many projects, such as service in orphanages and organizing festivities for children, and participated in many creative activities, including fun games and workshops centred round the values of positivity, discipline, service, and love. There were Round table discussions to explore the issues of discipline and role-plays for attendees to enact various discipline scenarios and have some fun showing their acting skills, while discovering positive solutions. The event closed with each participant making and offering a lotus-shaped figure of a heart to Sathya Sai Baba.
