Inspired by Sathya Sai Baba’s declaration that women can become brilliant beacons to serve humanity, the SSIO of Latvia hosted a three-day workshop in February 2016, in the capital city, Riga, on the role of women in family, in society, and in the SSIO.

Around 140 Sathya Sai devotees from Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United Kingdom attended a Pre-World Conference in Wartaweil, Germany, from 8th to 10th May 2015.
