Young Adults of the Colombo Sai Center, Western & Southern Region, joyfully carried forward the annual ‘Sathya’s Meals on Wheels’ service, bringing nourishment and compassion to the needy and homeless around Colombo. From January to May 2025, over 1,120 lovingly-prepared breakfast packs—each filled with bread, dhal curry, and coconut sambol—were distributed over five days. The Young Adults worked hand-in-hand with the wider Sai community and well-wishers, ensuring every meal was served with dignity and love. This service nourished not only bodies but also hearts—reminding all that ‘Hands that serve are holier than lips that pray.’
