In February 2025, the Southern department of the European Sathya Sai Education (ESSE) Institute Campus of Zone 8 organized an online Leadership-3 Seminar, which aimed to train SSSIO leaders. It drew 48 participants from 15 SSSIO centers in 16 cities in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
The seminar involved intense preparation and emphasized teamwork, material development, and presentation with constructive feedback on organizational work and personal spiritual transformation. The format included lectures and five workshops.
The participants’ feedback was overwhelmingly positive:
- “It helped me better understand Sai’s teachings and my responsibility to myself and the Organization.”
- “It was very interesting! Every quote and every word of Sai’s teachings touched my heart! I am simply delighted!
The workshop organizer expressed profound gratitude to Sri Sathya Sai Baba for the successful workshop, which fostered a close connection among all participants.
