On July 12, 2025, the New South Wales Region of SSSIO Australia celebrated Guru Poornima with a program that radiated creativity, devotion, and unity, organized by over 60 Young Adults. Guided by the theme In Sai Love, the event reflected on how to live every moment with thoughts, words, and actions steeped in love, as taught by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. It was presented in the style of a Netflix show with live ‘episodes’ interwoven with music, dance, drama, video, and bhajans, and captivated the hearts of all. SSE children, Young Adults, and senior members collaborated seamlessly for the success of the program. A special moment of joy came with the graduation of new SSE teachers, who were honored with certificates.
In keeping with the theme, service projects brought alive Swami’s quote—Work with the hands of love, Think thoughts of love, Feel love in every nerve. Members contributed through “Hope in a Suitcase” (donating over 13 suitcases filled with essentials for foster children), weekly tutoring for resettled children, and a blood donation drive. The celebrations left every heart overflowing with gratitude and love.
