The month of February is recognized as ‘Heart Month’, a time to raise awareness about heart disease, encouraging everyone to focus on heart health. This year, Mr. Harikishore from the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Cooksville offered the Sai family the chance to become certified in CPR, learning life-saving skills that could make a difference in emergencies. The training took place over three hours, with six participants per class, providing a supportive and caring environment. The community responded with enthusiasm, with registrants from various regions signing up to learn CPR techniques. From Cooksville, 14 people signed up, while one joined from York, three from Mississauga Central, and two from Agincourt. For Mr. Harikishore, this was not just about teaching CPR; it was about fostering the spirit of service and love that Sri Sathya Sai Baba encourages.
