SSSIO members in southern Russia expressed gratitude to Mother Nature with a day of service in mid-November. Adults and children from various Sri Sathya Sai centers participated in cleaning up public places, parks and playgrounds, forest belts, and banks of rivers and lakes. Children attended a School of Kindness where they learned how “Nature is our Native Home” and how to preserve nature by clearing garbage, planting trees, and feeding animals, especially during the winter season. A field trip was also organized for children to clear up garbage from the streets. All participants felt tremendous joy, positivity, and a burst of energy from serving nature while dedicating these activities to the Lord.
