On December 28, 2020, volunteers from the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Ontario donated five sewing machines to support underprivileged women in Jaffna, Sri Lanka – which were in addition to seven sewing machines previously donated. Volunteers from the Manthikai Sri Sathya Sai Center in Jaffna delivered the sewing machines to the needy women so that they could earn a livelihood from their homes. Furthermore, cloth and accessories were delivered to the women, who were thus able to support their families.
