The annual service camp of the SSIO of Ukraine was held from late June to early July 2019. SSIO volunteers who served at the camp included 45 from Ukraine, 19 from Europe and one from the USA. They renovated one of the school buildings by constructing a ramp and a canopy to make it more accessible for the physically challenged. Additionally, two rooms were renovated in a nearby polyclinic. Medical professionals from Germany, UK and USA treated over 950 patients at a week-long medical camp in the polyclinic and in nearby villages. More than 150 students received lessons in human values. Finally, 60 needy families were lovingly served by the volunteers who visited them and distributed food, clothing and shoes.
