As part of worldwide annual Serve the Planet project, seven Guatemalan Sathya Sai young adults organised a service project at a shelter that rescues sick and injured stray dogs, called “You Understand My Silence.” Currently, they provide care for about 40 dogs. Sathya Sai young adults donate food and cleaning supplies, and help lovingly with walking, bathing and caring for the animals. They also help find new homes for these dogs.
