Joining national celebrations across Canada in commemoration of 150 years of confederation, the members of the Sathya Sai Centre of Cooksville hosted a series of special events. On the 24th of June, SSIO members gathered at 7:00 AM to pray for Canada by chanting the Gayatri mantra for an hour, noticing how reciting the mantra uplifted their spirits and helped to instil feelings of unity and harmony.
