Sathya Sai Youth in France participated in a Serve the Planet project themed, “Human Values for Nation Building.” The service activities began in April 2015 with the youth distributing clothing, shoes, school supplies, and food to about 20 families residing in a blighted area. Then, in June and September, the youth offered 30 filled bags of food to homeless people in Paris, who appreciated the provisions. In September, the youth further distributed inspiring messages to the public on human values, including quotes from Sathya Sai Baba, Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Einstein, Voltaire, Montesquieu, Buddha, and the Dalai Lama. The volunteers were happy to see people smile as they read these messages. Separately, in May 2015, Sathya Sai Youth participated in a seminar on human values, where they presented talks on gratitude and self-confidence.
