At the end of March, 2024, the ESSE Institute in Zone 8 hosted a seminar on the practical component of Course 2. Five students from the Siberian and Southern Regions of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Belarus attended. The ESSE Institute was gratified to note improvements in preparation for lectures and projects, presentations, comprehension of course material, and personal growth. 
Subsequently, April 2024 marked the inaugural training of 11 test students, with 17 additional individuals wishing to revisit the lectures. The Zone 8 ESSE Institute also organized a parallel seminar to Course 2 for 18 test students and 25 participants, during which educators Ms. Marianne Meyer and Mr. Rainer Benda, known for their dedication to spreading Sai teachings, were present. Finally, two seasoned instructors presented a masterclass on the practical courses of three ESSE Institutes, demonstrating their proficiency in curriculum preparation, implementation, result analysis, and presentation. The participants’ active engagement, interest, discipline, profound understanding of the course material, inspiration, creativity, and skills during these sessions were noteworthy.
