In November 2020, 25 people from Russia and Belarus attended an online leadership seminar organized by the European Sathya Sai Education Institute (ESSEI). Various methods, including finger gymnastics, parables, and round table discussions, were used by the trainers to encourage active participation. The attendees were grateful for the informative lectures which would help them in future workshops for children.
