The Ladies wing of the SSIO in Nepal trains women in various skills such as weaving, knitting, tailoring, and making artificial flowers, rosaries, handicrafts, pickles and other eatables for making them self-reliant. Products thus made are exhibited from time to time to encourage women and assist them with marketing. One such exhibition, with 32 stalls which displayed the handiworks of the women, was organised in Kathmandu on 17th August 2019 jointly by 21 Sathya Sai Centres of the region. More than 350 people attended the event.
