On 7 May 2020, more than 65 people participated in a virtual Buddha Poornima event hosted by the SSIO in Thailand. The programme started with Veda and Buddhist chanting, followed by several talks. Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) teachers made a presentation titled In the Realm of Buddha. The programme ended with a discourse by Sathya Sai Baba and devotional singing.
