SSIO teachers and volunteers at the Samakhee Songkraw school in Thailand noticed that children learnt English faster through a visual medium such as the television. However, the school, which was located in an underprivileged area, did not have enough televisions for teaching all of the 450 children at the school. On 3rd July 2019, five SSIO volunteers donated eight 40-inch television sets, allowing each class to have its own television to help the children better learn English. The teachers and students of the school greatly appreciated this generous gift from the SSIO.
