Volunteers from the Sathya Sai Centre of Hong Kong conduct various heart-warming activities to serve the needy. This includes a monthly breakfast, where more than 90 homeless and disadvantaged persons are served a hearty meal of cheese sandwiches, cupcakes, fruits, tea sachets, crackers, cup noodles, soya milk, and a bottle of water by about 10 volunteers. Twice a month, SSIO volunteers also serve dinner and other essentials to about 200 persons in need. They further distribute hot cooked meal boxes as well as bags with food supplies and other essentials such as non-perishable foods and toiletries. A similar project is organised in Kowloon, which serves breakfast and dinner twice a month to 230 and 270 needy persons respectively.
