On Avatar Declaration Day, 20th October 2014, the Sathya Sai School in Kisaju entertained a group of elderly ladies, 65–98 years old. The school headmaster started the day with a lesson on human values and selfless service during a general assembly, after which students received the guests and served them a mid-morning snack of tea and cake. The students also shared their lessons from the morning session, and described their personal experiences with human values. The elderly ladies were then escorted to the auditorium to enjoy performances by students. During the staging of a traditional Masai dance, the elderly ladies also joined in the dance joyfully. Some of the ladies shared stories of how their grandchildren, who had graduated from the school earlier, had benefitted from the school. After the programme concluded, the ladies were transported back to their villages.
