In October 2020, the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Northeast Atlanta, Georgia, adopted a section of road in Forsyth County, Georgia, as part of the Keep Forsyth County Beautiful program. Since then, a group of six to twelve dedicated volunteers from the Center have been diligently picking up trash along their adopted road about six to nine times a year. The cleanup initiative has not only benefited the community but also served as a rewarding experience for the volunteers who take great pride and delight in keeping their adopted road clean.
