Members of the Sri Sathya Sai Center of Albany, New York, made 250 blankets for Project Linus, a nonprofit organization serving children in need, and 95 blankets for impoverished expectant mothers at the Alpha Pregnancy Center. Most Sai volunteers involved in this project were children and women. While making the blankets, the group sang devotional songs with an earnest desire to transmit love and compassion to the recipients receiving the blankets.
