On November 22, 2021, Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) students from the Sathya Sai Center of Chicago West Suburbs distributed 101 care bags to the often-overlooked custodial and cafeteria staff at ten schools to express their gratitude for their services. Each bag contained organic pasta, pasta sauce, nutrition bars, socks, sanitizer, a gift card, a candle, and hand-made unique thank-you cards. A principal shared, “Our lunchroom and custodial teams appreciated the holiday gift bags! Thank you so much for thinking of the hardworking folks behind the scenes.”
