On 21st December 2014, 26 SSIO members from five Sathya Sai Centres, and nine others, attended a New Year’s programme of dancing, singing, and stage performances presented by 21 SSE children from St. Petersburg. This event has been held annually since 1998. A Christmas tale, demonstrating the triumph of good over evil, was told about Santa Claus and his granddaughter, the Snow Maiden. After the performance, Santa Claus distributed Christmas gifts to the children, and fruits, cakes, and candies were shared with all.
