On 20th October 2018, 63 volunteers, including 28 SSIO members of Thailand planted trees in the Nongjok district, about 200 km from Bangkok, to commemorate Avatar Declaration Day. The volunteers, including 14 students and two teachers from an international school, planted 108 trees in a single day. On their way back, the group visited the Sathya Sai School in Lopburi province. Dr Art-Ong Jumsai addressed the group and gave them a tour of the solar project, farming enterprise and other activities at the school.
