On 29th and 30th October 2016, the SSIO of Kazakhstan hosted its 13th National Conference, in Astana, on the topic, “Love through Unity, Unity through Love.” The event drew 59 people from 12 cities of Kazakhstan and Russia, including 11 guests. Following a welcome address by senior SSIO leaders, representatives of various Sathya Sai centres and groups presented annual reports, and the attendees viewed a film about the international medical and volunteer camp held in the town Sairam. The Kazakh Choir gave a beautiful musical performance in the Kazakh and Russian languages. The second day of the conference began with bhajans, followed by three round table sessions on the conference theme. The national coordinators then presented reports on media publications, youth activities, and the work of the devotional, educational, and service wings.
