Two medical camps were organised in the outskirts of Lima, on 10th October and 15th December 2013. In the October camp, 105 needy individuals received care in general medicine, dentistry, obstetrics and psychology, along with prescribed medicines.

In the December camp, 63 patients received examinations in the same specialty areas, as well as prescribed medicines. Six to ten medical professionals participated in each camp, along with about six volunteers.

Sathya Sai volunteers in Peru continued to deliver prescription drugs every month to the Trujillo Teaching Hospital. During Christmas 2013, medicines were donated to medical centres in the mountains of the Huacaybamba Province, at an elevation higher than 3,000 metres.
